Long-pier caution: Progreso cruise ships dock at the Terminal Remota at the end of the long pier. Guests do not simply walk into town from the ship. Progreso is not Mérida, not Chichén Itzá, not Dzibilchaltún, and not Xcambó — those are excursion destinations. We do not invent pier-transfer or shuttle times. Official calendar rows often lack clock times; usable shore time must be confirmed from your cruise line when planning long trips.
