Is Progreso the same as Mérida?+
No. Progreso is the Yucatán Gulf cruise port. Mérida is the inland capital — an excursion destination with different drive times. Your ship docks at Progreso Terminal Remota.
Does the ship dock in Progreso?+
Yes. Cruise calls berth at the Terminal Remota at the end of the long pier. Guests do not simply walk into town from the ship. We do not invent pier-transfer or shuttle minutes.
Is Chichén Itzá the default tour?+
No. Chichén Itzá is long-call only on this site. Beach, Xcambó, Dzibilchaltún, kayak, and resort passes are the realistic defaults. We never auto-recommend Chichén when hours ashore are unknown.
Do you offer instant online booking?+
No. We use enquire-to-book. You send ship date and guest details; we confirm partner supply and timing by email. No payment is taken at enquiry.
Are the prices on product pages final?+
Listed retail figures are a guide only. Reconfirm when you enquire — partner rates and inclusions can change.
Where is the ship schedule?+
Official Puertos Yucatán / ASIPONA Progreso arrival calendar. Ship and date are published; clock times are not. Overnight / Pernocta stays are normalised to first arrival → final departure. Long-pier / Terminal Remota logistics apply — we do not invent shuttle minutes. Find my cruise can use published 2026–2027 rows when your date is listed; when times are missing, enter printed hours yourself.
Do you guarantee return to the ship?+
No. We plan with long-pier return buffers in mind and confirm timing when we reply, but we do not invent a numeric buffer or claim a guaranteed return-to-ship.
